April 22nd is Earth Day, and next to St. Patrick’s Day, it is the day everyone is thinking green. Are there actually insurance related ways to observe Earth Day? Let’s take a look!
First off, you can go paperless with your insurance invoicing and payments. Many of our customers already select this option. It helps save paper, and the “green” you spend on postage each year.
Since Earth Day is about minimizing waste, you can have a complete policy review of your homeowners insurance. We just might be able to keep you from wasting money and have you saving yet more “green”.
What about your car? You probably are concerned about saving gas, but what about the potential savings that could await you with an auto insurance review?
Considering new appliances around your home? Think about energy savings and using less electricity, which of course, leads us to more “green” savings!
It’s hard to believe that Earth Day started way back in 1970. That’s 17 years before Gant Insurance was started back in 1987. Take time to make some small Earth Day steps this year. Our planet is counting on us!
